Biomechanical analysis of athletic disciplines, the efficacy of special motor skills development (speed, endurance, explosive strength), formation of technique in athletic disciplines, physical fitness and performance capacity of teenagers, structure of sports performance, formation and verification of physical education performance standards, sports performance dependence on fitness.

- Strength and conditioning coach – strength and conditioning specialization, 10 terms, 40 credits
The graduate obtains the highest qualification level – athletic trainer, strength and conditioning trainer.
Knowledge assessment
Written tests, oral exams, practical demonstrations of exercises / skills selected by tutor, special motor skill performance, evaluation of teaching skills.
